The API files are available by direct request. To request access contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have tried to get your API key authenticated and it keeps failing you can request a new API key. Once you request a new API Key your old key will be deactivated.

By using the RAPID Dashboard you can get instant access to the legacy features. Simply login to your dashboard and on the left side you can click legacy view.
We can check to see if your version is infact supported or if it has been sunset (removed). Contact email@example.com
If you need to upgrade your API to an updated version you can do so in the dashboard under legacy. Then click upgrade and select the version you want to move to.
